The primary appeal of this location for residents in Tennessee lies in its tranquil setting. Andersonville is known for its natural beauty, including rolling hills, wooded areas, and proximity to several significant natural attractions. Based on general industry practices for mobile home parks, especially those aiming to provide a "good quiet place to live" as noted in a review, you can generally expect the following types of services:

  • Lot Rentals: The primary service, where residents rent individual plots of land to place their manufactured homes.

  • Utility Hook-ups: Each lot is typically equipped with essential connections for electricity, water, and sewage, simplifying the setup for residents.

  • Community Management: There is usually a management team or owner (like Michael Fielden, as mentioned in a review) responsible for the overall operation, addressing resident concerns, and enforcing community rules.

  • Common Area Maintenance: The upkeep of shared infrastructure, such as internal roads (though a review notes issues with potholes), common green spaces, and general park aesthetics, is typically handled by management.

  • Waste Management: Access to waste disposal services (e.g., dumpsters or curbside pickup) is generally provided for residents.

It is important to acknowledge that one review specifically mentions "a MASSIVE amount of potholes" and issues with trailer numbers/mailboxes, indicating that maintenance of some common areas like roads might be a concern. Prospective residents should inquire directly about current conditions and maintenance plans. However, the presence of an owner like Michael Fielden, described as "a great guy," suggests a committed management presence.

Prospective residents are strongly encouraged to contact Mt View Acres directly to get precise and up-to-date information on all services included with lot rent, any additional fees, and the current state of community infrastructure.

Had a delivery there for work, and it was absolute hell trying to figure out which trailer was which. There's almost no numbers on the sides, and the mailboxes were faded and you couldn't tell. Also, a MASSIVE amount of potholes you have to weave throughout... Avoid this place like the plague
