This is based on the "management" of the park & to be honest if there was an option for ZERO stars here, I would've chose it instead! I was personally unfairly judged by the man that runs this park, very unprofessional, basically had to give away (sold for 2,500) our mobile home my brother in law gave us, because he refused to allow me to pay lot rent & keep it where it's been for years! I'm just heartbroken over this whole ordeal, not unfairly rating at all, just facts!

I haven't moved in yet but I bought a home in the park. After I move in I may give 5 stars. The lot my new home is at is very nice. I think my wife and I will be very happy there. The manager seems pretty nice. But will find out after we get moved in. I do like the park.

Most of the mobile homes are very old some of the tenanant keep their area nice and some don't as in any neighborhood. But what gets me is the amount of old abandoned unliveable residences in this unkempt place! How does the codes enforcement for Anderson county allow these property owners put the rest of the tenants in danger of rodents, raccoons, bugs, snakes etc and not make him dispose of these uninhabitable homes? Seems like a shame on you can go in a lot of directions with this one.
