This is 2025 and I still give it 5 stars - the Grounds people work hard - Holly is Awesome - Owner provides nice things in park.
Pet friendly, quite neighborhood. It is starting to get a little crowded and the lot rent went up $15 dollars more for a single wide its $315.00 a month now. They put in gates but the ones going out get vandalized and the one coming in is always open so I do not see the point of having them. Plus people keep going out the way you're supposed to come in and its one way.
Best move we could have made for our retirement years! Very friendly staff and neighbors. Quiet!! Paved streets, pool, basketball & tennis courts. Great place for walking. You just feel safe!!
This park is the best maintained in the area. Office is always super helpful, as well as the grounds crew. Quiet and friendly community. I love it here.
