Customer Reviews
We decided to give this campground a second chance after hearing they were under new ownership and couldn't be more pleased that we did. Our stay was great! The staff was very friendly, our son loved the kids' crafts, and the camp store was clean and had a good variety of items. Our lakefront site was amazing. We will definitely be returning in the future.
Just left from such a relaxing weekend at this location. The scenery was beautiful and the campsite well kept. We stayed in the cabins which were right on the lake. Rental of kayaks and canoes were fair and so many activities for kids right on the grounds. The staff was very friendly and always so helpful. Perfect place for a family friendly camping trip.
We stayed at this KOA over Memorial Day weekend! Checkin was smooth and the employees working the front desk were kind and helpful. The grounds and bathrooms were clean. We enjoyed the 50x100ft dog park and walking path around the lake! There is a bit of road noise from the highway but we quickly got used it and couldn’t hear it while in our camper! The campground is a 15 min drive to downtown Muskegon and 25 minutes to Grand Haven.
Peaceful, Clean, and So Relaxing! We had such a wonderful experience at the Muskegon! The campground was quiet, clean, and surrounded by beautiful scenery — it really felt like a perfect escape from the busy everyday world. The staff was friendly and helpful without ever being intrusive, and you could tell they genuinely cared about keeping the campground a peaceful and welcoming place. If you're looking for a place to unplug, relax, and soak in some Michigan beauty, this KOA is it. We will absolutely be coming back!
We just got the small cabin but it was super clean, super comfy, and the employee's were amazingly nice. We showed up while they were doing memorial day festivities and I almost regretted not bring my kiddos. They would have had a blast. Can't wait to go back
