Promotions or Special Offers

However, there might be other types of offers relevant to long-term residents. Based on general practices in the mobile home park industry, potential "offers" could include:
- Competitive Lot Rent Rates: The core "promotion" for many mobile home parks is simply providing a consistently affordable monthly lot rent, making homeownership more attainable than traditional real estate.
- Long-Term Lease Incentives: Occasionally, a park might offer a slight discount or a waived fee for residents who sign longer-term lease agreements (e.g., 12-month vs. month-to-month).
- Referral Programs: Some communities have referral incentives for current residents who bring in new tenants.
Since concrete promotional details are not available in the provided public data, prospective residents are highly encouraged to contact Camden Point directly to inquire about current lot availability, rental rates, and any specific move-in specials or long-term lease benefits that might be available.

Customer Reviews
You would think the place that you are paying to live in would have gotten inspected first to make sure the place is livable, It can be a nice place if the landlord would take your items in your home seriously, i have had issue with water coming inside my home when it rains, the home was roach infested so i had to purchase three gallons of roach spray & bombs to get rid of them (i HAVE NEVER HAD BUGS BEFORE), stray cats pooping all in your yard & running loose. You try to keep your yard nice and clean & people use your yard as away to not go over the bumps so they destroy items you have outside your yard. The property needs a good cleaning when it comes to keeping the grounds cleans (TAKE CARE OF WHERE YOU HAVE TO LIVE)
Not trust worthy! All of our social security numbers were sold to the dark web after applying here this was the first and only place we applied for!suspicious ! I'll get to the bottom of it with a lawyer !an they said they never got my information which was a lie!
Your home made speed bumps should be straight up illegal. That is ridiculous 10 mph. If you hit it at that speed you’re gonna tear up your car your homeowners have literally built a dirt road to avoid your horrible horrible speed bumps shame on you.
Don't know much about the place as far as prices or anything else. I move mobile homes and there's alot of people moving out. And as much as it costs to move one these days it must be bad. I saw cats everywhere, buzzards all over the place. So I'd recommend doing some homework and deep recon before moving inn. Lol.
Love the time spend here... Memories of a ligetime
