no one answers the phones there. tried all day long and no answer. had questions about possible open units however no one answered the phone and no answering machine. of you own a mobile home or even an apartment complex don't you think you would have staff on hand every single day in the event of new tenants? to me that is very bad business to not have someone in the office to answer phone calls or not returning any messages. and I thought they were supposed to be cheap? no wonder they have no one in the office

Only searched for a affordable place and didn't get responses to the information I needed.. went somewhere else alot better for me to live in.. another MH Park in Sandusky on Venice Rd... nicer place and nicer people!!!
