There is mention of prior owners for here in other reviews. And yes Legacy investment was awful! Around Augest I believe another new company bought the property. They're great! It's owned by a company called Saratoga Group. They're based out of Tennessee. Immediately off the gate they set to hiring very competent Managers and then proceeded to remove many very dangerous trees on the property AND they took bids for our roads to be replaced. Our roads are very smooth now!! I hear rumors of possible street lights coming next.. crossing fingers that is true! On ONE downside they raised lot rent and we had only been here a few months of signing lot lease. I hope they hadn't raised everyones.. everyone prior to us moving in had already had 2 prior increases from the 2 prior owners. Vast majority of residents here are 55+ and seniors whom are on a fixed income. However I will say this, no matter what, lot rent will always be cheaper than renting a house/apartment. So that is always something to be thankful for. I'm really hoping this community doesn't change hands again! This current company is kicking a**! Also I've only met the community manager once but she seemed to be a sweet lady and was most definitely on her A game! She showed real willingness to work hard! My boyfriend has had a few face to face conversations with the parks project manager and he's been impressed by him as well! ( you gotta be a real stand up person to impress my boyfriend! ) keep up the good work SG communities and Park management! Thank you for all you're doing!
I've lived here for 20 yrs. It has been a roller coaster ride to say the least. But I feel compelled to give the new management credit for a job well done. Streets are now great they removed about 30 large and dangerous trees. They have also restored the clubhouse after a suspicious arson fire. The management also keeps us informed about emergency and utility interruptions. Keep up the good work .
Used to be a 50 & over place. Used to have a pool as well. Now it is open to all ages and you have to figure out your own swimming pool options lol. S ems all go from the outside. I hav a friend that lives here. Her tailer could us some work, but it was quiet there.at least ...
This is a well established, neat as a pin, mobile home park. Big Trees, nice winding streets, well labeled signs and logical numbering. Quiet and serene. Great place.
