Sunset Trailer Park About
Are you an Ohio resident considering various housing options and looking for an established community that offers a blend of affordability and convenient access to local amenities? Sunset Trailer Park in Norton, Ohio, provides a specific type of residential experience for those seeking manufactured home living in Summit County. This community offers a pathway to homeownership within a structured environment, integrating residents into a well-located part of Northeast Ohio.
A manufactured home park, commonly known as a mobile home park or manufactured home community, is a residential development designed to accommodate manufactured homes. In these communities, residents typically own their homes while leasing the land, which can sometimes offer a more budget-friendly and accessible route to homeownership compared to purchasing traditional site-built houses. This model allows for investment in a home while potentially benefiting from communal infrastructure and often a managed environment. Sunset Trailer Park, as a permanent residential community, aims to provide a living space for its residents, connecting them to the larger fabric of Norton and the surrounding Akron metropolitan area. It's a place designed for long-term residency rather than short-term stays.
It is important for prospective residents to gain a comprehensive and factual understanding of any community they are considering. We aim to present information about Sunset Trailer Park based on publicly available data, including resident reviews, to help you determine if this community aligns with your housing needs and expectations in Ohio. Conclusion: Why this place is suitable for locals
Sunset Trailer Park, situated in Norton, offers a potentially affordable and accessible residential option for Ohio locals, particularly those seeking manufactured home living within Summit County and the greater Akron area. Its location on Norton Avenue provides reasonable access to major regional freeways like I-76 and I-77, ensuring viable commutes to employment centers and convenient access to the varied amenities in Akron, Wadsworth, and Barberton. For Ohioans prioritizing a slightly quieter suburban setting with practical connections to larger urban hubs, this community could be a consideration.
The community offers a pathway to manufactured homeownership, which can often be a more financially accessible alternative to traditional housing in the Ohio market. However, it is crucial for prospective residents to carefully consider the concerns raised in public reviews. Specifically, reports of "cats everywhere" and "cat shits everywhere," including kittens on porches of seemingly vacant trailers used for storage, suggest issues with stray animal management and potentially overall cleanliness in some areas. The comment about dogs needing to be leashed even in their own yards, rather than being "outside dogs," indicates a strict pet policy that may not suit all pet owners. While one positive review describes it as a "nice mobile home park" for visiting, the detailed negative feedback points to significant challenges regarding the living environment and enforcement of rules, particularly concerning animals. For any Ohio local considering Sunset Trailer Park, it is absolutely essential to conduct thorough due diligence, including visiting the site in person to observe the current conditions, directly inquiring about pest control and animal management policies, and clearly understanding all rules regarding pets and property maintenance. While the location offers some advantages, the specific issues highlighted in reviews demand careful investigation to determine if this community aligns with individual comfort and living standards.
Customer Reviews
Cats everywhere. I was helping friend with her flower. My friend does not have cats. The cats shits everywhere. We see kittens running on a porch where the lady keeps her trailer for storage. The dog's have to be on a leash in their own yard. Not to be outside dog's.
Brother lives there its a nice moble home park enjoy visiting my brother there at his trailer.
I own a trailer in this park, one of the nicer ones, and overall, it's quiet, and folks are friendly(at least on the B row). This post was made some time ago. Since then, nothing but pit bulls, slamming car doors, and little space to move around anymore! Sucks!!
Under new management!!! Andis a peaceful community where everyone helps each other out. There are improvements being made all the time. They have annual community events now and are very friendly!!!!
People are shut-ins, like a turtle hiding in his shell. It makes me curious what could they possibly be up too beyond those 4 walls. I mean there are only so many activities that are able to be performed with such a limited amount of space
