Services Offered

Lakeside Mobile Home Park offers services typical of a manufactured home community, focusing on lot leasing and community management. Based on available public information and resident feedback, here are some aspects of the services provided:

  • Lot Leasing: The primary service offered is the leasing of individual lots to residents who own or wish to place a manufactured home on the property. This provides a designated space for their residence within the community.
  • Community Management: There is an on-site management presence responsible for overseeing the park's operations and enforcing community rules. The effectiveness of management in addressing resident concerns and maintaining order has been a point of feedback from residents.
  • Criminal Background Checks: The park conducts criminal background checks as part of its application process. It is important for prospective residents to be aware that a criminal record, even a non-violent felony from several years prior, may result in denial of application.

  • Essential Utility Access: Residents typically have access to essential utilities at their lots. Information regarding specific utility arrangements (e.g., water, sewer, trash) and whether they are included in lot rent or billed separately should be clarified directly with management.
  • Communication Channels: Residents may communicate concerns with management, though the perceived responsiveness and effectiveness in resolving issues like disruptive neighbors have been varied.

Went to go look at a trailer and some drunk guy and his gf kept punching the side of the trailer as we was looking at the trailer, also they would scream look at our "new" neighbors across the whole trailer park. Manager didn't do anything to stop them. The whole place looks like a junkyard, no loss here. Denied for a criminal background check when my felony was from 8 years ago non violent and non drug related. This place is a joke. I could go on all day about how trashy it is but I think this sums it up. Very disgusting place.

A place dear to my heart. I have to say a few things though about it. I do wish the management was better, and although the park manager, does a decent job, there are always those people that move in that just don't do the place justice. It's a nice community but sometimes there are bad apples. I'm glad they are getting around to actually fixing it up, however. Keep up the good work over there!

The trailer that my sister lives in is gorgeous and her site is nice because she maintains it. But most of the rest of the place needs cleaned up, nothing else to say about it. Some money needs to be put into the park as well, that building with the apartments in it when you first pull in that does not make a good first impression.

High traffic and lots of different people walking through the park as a short cut or solicit. Not a bad neighborhood, but gotta watch that your children aren't approached by people with drugs. Also a few homeless folk stand at the on n off ramps @ rt. 224 and the circle k. I have family in the are, so its not bad if you keep your eyes peeled. O.k. starter homes or for older folks
