There are many things to not like about Raintree! First, I recommend you only try to deal with Bob if you can catch him on a good day. His son tells everyone he is the landlord and come to him but he is only a maintenance guy and has ZERO authority of this park. Sad part is that him and the "landlord" make fun of people and his son tells other tenants about other tenants living situations. It's been a complete nightmare just living here and I would NEVER RECOMMEND this court to anyone!! We have been harassed, called names, and these trailers are not worth the money they charge!!
