I own my mobile home, I live in the back of the park and it’s very quiet. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. Lot rent is a decent price that includes trash and water. Only down side is half the park is McDonough County power with ameren gas. While the other half is full ameren. Some older trailer that are vacant are going to be taken out. So that’ll make the curb appeal. Not sure if I’d rent a trailer but owning yours has a lot of benefits in this park. Highly recommend.
