I’ve lived in OLE for over six years. I moved in under the original owner, who was amazing, and then in summer 2022 an out of state investor bought the park. Lot rent has more than doubled since he purchased it, yet there has been no tenant amenities added to warrant the huge increase. Rules and regulations are not enforced now, and if you contact the owner you will be blocked because he’s all about the money and not the tenants. Since his purchase, our court has had six different park managers because he is impossible to work for. Without long term park management, nothing is handled in a timely matter, if at all. I love the tenants here, and it’s a safe area of town, but sadly it’s going downhill with the lack of care from ownership and constantly changing management.

Overall a nice quiet place to live. They helped set up my move so it was easy. The park manager, Karri was very helpful and answered my questions.
