The owner is extremely picky. Told us after our mama passed away if a family member bought her trailer it could stay there but if somebody else bought it it had to be removed, but now a family member is buying it he is saying it has to be removed cause he wants newer model trailers. But there is way older and extremely trashy and the said he hasn't said a word to them.
