Customer Reviews
The park is easy to find. And easy to find the destination I was looking for. The park was clean. Free or trash and didn't look cluttered or like a junkyard. It seemed to have plenty of room for new tenants. So if anyone is looking for a place to move their mobile home that close to a lot of businesses then this is the place to check out. There is a laundry mat and a convenient store at the entrance and located next to a Kroger. And across the street from the entrance there are restaurants to eat. So as far as location goes, this mobile home park is located in a good spot.
It has always been a dump, open air drug market, 80% of the homes are old, and most in disrepair, because most of them are rentals that are not maintained properly. Not a place for kids.... Way too many bad influences there. Don't leave anything out, open or unlocked, it will be gone shortly.
People need a place to live, no matter if it's a mobile home, a mansion, cardboard box. This place used to be a bad neighborhood, but nowadays it's a good neighborhood. I'm sure there are bad ppl, but there are more good.
Great mobile home park and if you just want to live in your camper you can bring here and park on a lot call it home.
I actually grew up here as a kid so Dixie will always kind of be like home to me. So I guess it would be safe to say Dixie has its rough edges just like I do.... LOL... But on a serious note I personally like Dixie Plaza.....🙄🙄
