Customer Reviews
This place has gone down the gutter over the years. Almost every trailer looks decrepit and weathered and have holes in them with makeshift fixes. The rent keeps rising, even though the conditions get worse. There are drug houses and abusive homes everywhere with cops around everyday, and kids running around at 1 in the morning screaming for no reason. We're all tired of it, but management won't do anything. Management won't even fix a basketball hoop that's been broken for 4 years. It appears they treat the good residents like garbage and the criminals with a silver spoon.
Very unprofessional business. Landlord will treat you like a child and does not know tenant rights or chooses to ignore them. Maintenance will harass people instead of them handling things civilly. Would never recommend renting here or any of their other businesses.
Its ok i mean the trailers ant even conted to the ground and the trailer park is bad but thare is a big back yeard so thats nice and a lot of people in one place so u can make new friends but the feld is a nice place to shoot airsoft and thare is trails so it ok but bad at the same time but ok
Crowded and not as clean n nice as before. Most homes and yards need a lot of TLC!!! Only a few look good and they are being covered by rundown? older homes brought in.
Very quiet place. Pretty clean considering some of the other parts of town and the stigma that trailer parks usually get. There are some things that could use a change, but for what it is it's not exactly bad.
