Promotions or Special Offers

Port William Apartments/RV Park, by offering "good prices" and accommodating various stay durations, inherently provides a value proposition for its guests in Kentucky. While specific, widely advertised "promotions" in the traditional sense might not be prominently featured, the flexibility and pricing structure can serve as a form of ongoing offer for different types of stays.

Given its nature as a combined apartment and RV park catering to both short-term and extended stays, potential "special offers" or beneficial pricing structures might include:

  • Extended Stay Rates: For guests planning to stay for weeks or months, such as the construction crew mentioned in a review, Port William likely offers discounted weekly or monthly rates for both RV sites and apartment rentals compared to daily rates. This provides significant savings for long-term occupants.

  • Group Rates: If booking multiple RV sites or apartment rooms for a team or large family, it's advisable to inquire about potential group discounts. This is a common practice for establishments that cater to crews and larger parties.

  • Seasonal Pricing: Like many RV parks, rates might vary by season, with potentially lower prices during off-peak times (e.g., late fall or winter, excluding major holidays) when demand is lower. The proactive water insulation service suggests they are equipped for year-round occupancy, making off-season stays viable.

  • Package Deals: While not explicitly stated, it's worth asking if there are any bundled deals for combining RV site rental with, for instance, access to laundry facilities or other amenities for long-term guests.

As with any service, individual experiences can vary, and it is always advisable for prospective guests to communicate directly with the management about their expectations and any concerns. However, the consistent positive feedback about the RV park portion and its suitability for longer stays suggests that for many, Port William offers a viable and practical solution.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My fiancé and I rented a room there from the end of June until today, November 6th, 2024. We paid our rent every single week and hardly EVER contacted the landlord for or about anything. Still have our receipts to prove we paid. There was NEVER any mention of a time limit on how long we could rent the room, but we got a text message about being evicted on the 7th last week. Our tv quit near the beginning of us renting and when she came to look at it, she SWORE she smelled weed smoke even though we don’t smoke weed and even asked her to do an inspection. They NEVER cleaned the air filter, despite being told they’d be in once a month to do so. They checked our smoke detectors ONCE when the health inspector made them. Also, I have personally heard the husband refer to two women of color renting room 2 that drive a bronco as racist slurs because there was a bottle cap in the sink drain. We’ve witnessed drug deals that we reported. We were told we had to vacate to make room for someone else to move in. I do NOT recommend renting here. The rooms are far from worth $275 a week, but we were in a position, we took what we could at the time.

I moved in early August from Florida for a job opportunity, at first I stayed in the cabins then towards the end of September I moved into the apartment side for cheaper prices. One day she came to the door to give me mail when she’s supposed to let me know to pick it up in the appropriate spot designated for the mail for the residence. It was very strange and I felt like my privacy was violated as she snooped her nose very urgently in the room I was renting maybe I was just overthinking or maybe not. A couple weeks later my souse (who is also African American) was walking outside towards the office and she gave her the dirtiest look ever. A month later my spouse had an emergency and fell unconscious so in an attempt to save my partners life I called the ambulance. The next day she called me saying I had a week to get out because she didn’t want that type of attention at her very mediocre property. Honestly I can understand, but being a struggling black man in his 20s just trying to survive and live life, I felt like she could have had a little bit more remorse because of the fact that I never gave her a single problem until then. If you look like me (African American) I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless it’s for a week or 2 . The toilets stay clogged, the ac vents are extremely dirty, mold in the window , the floor near the shower is caved in from poor shower curtains. And the customer service is horrible …..again that’s if you look like me! God bless

This place is very rundown and not well kept, as well as most all the tenants who reside there are drug addicts. My daughter lived there and it was sad to go see her because there were bullet holes in between her window and her entrance to her apartment. The owner really needs to clean the place up, do background checks on tenants before moving in, and put security up to protect the tenants and their property. Anybody can walk up and just take what they want if it's outside and nobody know or do anything about it.
