Management Debra is a very awesome person she tries to keep this part clean she's very business like and she's always on top of things and it's a very nice and clean Park and there's no mess out here cuz it's not allowed I just moved in July and I feel at home
I would never live here! The manager is very rude! And they rip you off on your water bill... A friend of mine lives there and they are charging her almost 500$ a month for water... Even after she has hired a plumber to make sure she has no leaks! The lady in the office basically says she has to pay the water bill regardless! I told her SUE THAT RUDE WOMAN!....not in those words lol!
Usually clean. New manager was nice. They raise the rent every month even when they have not done any "upgrades". Neighbors were nice and quiet until they changed and had parties till early morning hours. Also people fly down the roads running past your house so watch your kids or animals. Do not live towards mustang you will hear the street races every night. Mustang floods when it rains bad but the yards never did. Usually drained quick after the rain let up. Other then all of that we never got broke into or had and issues with people.
Not open at times convenient for anyone who has a normal job. The manager is often out of the office during the normal business hours, if I happen to be off and able to go during the day. She lives in the park but will not answer calls. I called at 5:45 in regards to my bill and had no one to speak to. The phone is connected to her cell. I do not like leaving payments in a drop box and have had to to submit payment, my next bill did not show my payment which was created over a week after the payment.
Sabrina needs to be replaced!!!! She trys to get new tenants really fast then looking for any lil reason to kick you out. Also watch out if any of the tenants that she likes and has been their awhile don't like you, you will have complaint after complaint made on you. I was told by Sabrina that any complaint made by these long term tenants she believes. NOT RIGHT TO DO THAT!!! People lie and really lie if they don't like you. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy 💩😡😠
