Morristown offers a quiet, rural setting that appeals to those seeking a break from the hustle and bustle of larger cities. Despite its serene atmosphere, it remains accessible to essential services and amenities.

For Minnesotans, Morristown's location provides reasonable connectivity to nearby towns and cities. Faribault, a larger city with more extensive shopping, dining, and healthcare facilities, is just a short drive away. This proximity ensures that residents of Riverside Mobile Home Park can easily access everything from grocery stores and retail outlets to various recreational opportunities without venturing too far from home.

The park's specific address on Charlotte Street suggests it is integrated into the local residential fabric of Morristown. While the reviews mention the condition of internal roads and sidewalks needing attention, the external accessibility to the town and surrounding areas is generally good. Mobile home parks, by their nature, are typically designed to provide convenient access to each lot, and Riverside Mobile Home Park would be no exception in its layout, allowing residents easy entry and exit to their homes. Its setting within a smaller town offers a less congested environment for driving and daily commutes compared to more urbanized areas.

  • Grounds Management and Standards: Management actively suggests how yards should look and regulates what can be kept in yards or driveways in certain sections of the park. While one review points out perceived inconsistencies in enforcement, this indicates an effort to maintain community standards.

  • Office/Community Space: The office has a "large area that could be a storm shelter or even rent out the room for parties!" indicating a versatile common space available for community use or emergencies.
  • Pet Policy: The park accommodates pets, as evidenced by residents with dogs. This Summer we had a chance to meet the couple that comes here every other summer, they are the ones that bring in their 5Th wheel and stay in that while they assess this mobile home court. When we talked to management we were told about all these great things they were going to improve on here this summer and they couldn't wait to see all these big improvements happen as well!! To start with for the folks that live in the front of the park, the Management will strongly suggest how our yards should look and what we can and can't have in our said yards or driveways! But, as we drive around this park and see all the stuff that the people living in front of the park are told Not to have in our yards or driveways it seems to be a double standard because those living in the middle to the back of the park can have things items, extra in there yards or driveways that those in front can't!! Management also told us they are going to be fixing all the roads & putting in New driveways & sidewalks throughout the park, what happened? There are plenty of driveways and sidewalks that are rotting away, and or will fill with water as well! The playground equipment really could use an overall! The office has a large area that could be a storm shelter or even rent out the room for parties! Some of the residents that have dogs never pick up their dog's poop so if you happen to be walking your dog or just walk by the yards that do have dogs it just really smells like dog Crap!!! Yuck-Peew!! So All in all it would be extraordinary to see management follow threw on the things they say they are going to get fixed or improve on throughout this mobile home community!! After all, they keep raising our rent every year, so why can't some of that money be invested back into our community??

Typical mobile home community, I couldn't have asked for much improvement. The quality of the park is mainly based on the trailers themselves, I don't expect everyone there to have beautiful yards and a newly sided trailer. Manager is very kind and willing to work with issues before extreme actions, but understand they are there to provide a service and will need to cover their behinds.

Rent is above it's scale of what they offer. Winter plowing sucks. Maintenance people are truly not qualified to do what they do.

They dont repair the rental homes. They make the renter pay for all repairs regardless of the issues.
