I have been here for the past 3 years, and I can say the management has done a lot of improvement. Tenants who have been here for over 20 years are glad that Kim and her husband have came in the park to o make it better. Annual events are also done. They make it a community and not just a mobile home park. All these other negative posts are probably for the other Sherman park. Definitely not this one.

Drove through the other day to see if they had any lots that I could put my new mobile home on but we quickly got out of there, This place is so trashy, Homes falling in, trash every where, there’s no way I would even let my dog live there, I would give zero stars if I could.

the management is fixing up the place that picture of the nasty mobile home is now fix and they don't paint over mold. They have speed bumps now so you can speed which is nice. they are very nice people.

I went to look at a home & the manager had nothing but bad things to say about the owner GAILEN BRIDGES & how all the homes are infested with black mold & bugs. I saw black mold under the kitchen sink of the one that I looked at. The manager told me that all they do is paint over mold. I was also told that he has NO titles to any of the homes, so as soon as someone get close to paying one of & owning it, he will evict them for some reason so he doesn't have to transfer ownership of something that he DOESN'T LEGALLY OWN. Someone needs to take this SLUM LORD DOWN!! STAY AWAY & DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GAILEN BRIDGES!!!! -50 STARS!!
