For many Texans, the appeal of RV living lies in its flexibility and the sense of community found in well-managed parks. Southpark RV Park embodies this, offering a setting where residents feel secure and undisturbed. One resident specifically noted, "no one has ever bothered anything of mine," highlighting the park's safe and respectful environment. This peace of mind is invaluable, especially for those making the RV park their primary residence or extended home.
The "quiet" nature of the park is consistently mentioned, making it an excellent choice for individuals and families who prioritize a calm living space. For a parent, finding a place where "I never have to worry about being woke up" is a significant advantage, and the positive mention of the local school district further adds to its appeal for families. Customer Reviews
I'm only giving this place 2 stars it has been. Quiet place no one has ever bothered anything of mine. The owner has always been nice. But everything was going good until it got TEXAS hot and my first electric bill was 360 some odd dollars I thought that it was just a fluke until I got my electric bill for the next month and the electric bill was 450 some odd dollars. Will be finding another place to stay when I have to come back to this area to stay.

Place is quiet and we have enjoyed the time here The management has the yard cut and needs trimming but I'm sure its in the works
Kind of trashy, small driveway. Scary place. Will definitely be keeping my door locked at all hours of the day. Way to many locust and other flying jumping insects for my liking.
