Great management. Park is getting better every month. Quiet. Amenities are minimal, which means the lot rent can't climb too much. Great for retirement. They are setting up new Clayton homes. Great night lighting.
Jan 06, 2025 · Travis CooperI’m a current resident and have been for the last little over a year. Everything seems fine here, But some of it is some of it isn’t. We own our trailer, but continued to get harassed by the manager of the trailer park all the time. He came to one of my older kids to that tell them information that was for an adult. No information needs to be spoken to anyone other than the owners/renters under any circumstances. Even if you can’t get a hold of them. That’s what printed paper and tape is for, I do not want to speak to a manager. I want to mind my own business. If I need to speak with anyone, I will speak with the owner. I guess he thinks otherwise, I’m not very sure. We’ll be out of here soon, DO NOT at all recommend it to anyone in the surrounding areas. Your “manager” doesn’t know the rules either. He came to me saying only 4 cars allowed per household, then a couple days later we got a paper say only 3 cars are allowed per household. Again we’re confused, because you just commented that only 1 of 5 cars need to leave. So what is it, you need to get it straight. It’s also funny cause every time we go to fix something. You all go and say it’s wrong and we can’t do it, that’s it’s not up to your “standards”. also if you didn’t sell us a crappy trailer with dead roaches all in it, we wouldn’t have had trash in your lot for a couple months. I mean we tried to fix the under pinning like y'all said, but guess what. it was wrong, because we used metal. Which is weird because when we bought it, it had no under pinning. If it did, it was broken into pieces. Right afterwards we bought it we decided it needed a huge renovation before it was livable. We ripped up 3 hole layers of ply wood floors. that somebody kept putting down because they were lazy to rip up the other ones. We didn’t get water to most parts of the house either, so we had to replace/repair all the piping. Then replaced the floors and put hardwood flooring, replaced all the interior walls and insulation, because it was covered with dead roaches. We were starting a renovation on the exterior walls of our home when the flood hit, we got hit with a terrible storm and it had torn parts of our roof off. So then we had to fix both, but ever since we bought the place, and tried to fix it up. They just kept pressure us into cleaning everything up, and fixing it. I mean, yeah I do apologize on my family behalf. You can’t just treat people like that, because when we moved here 2 years ago. It didn’t look the best at all. Right after we started renovating our house, That’s when they decided to copy our idea. They started renovating their park too, they started renovating their trailers. Paved there roads, they made more lots. Brought new trailers in and added dumpster finally, and that’s good. Ya’ll have quite a bit of money, and opportunities to do that now. But we’re just a family, I’m sorry that we can’t keep up with ya’ll. Don’t worry though, we’ll get it all fix for you. We’ll be around for a bit longer 🫶🏻. You know, if you would’ve had those dumpsters 2 years ago. We’d never had a problem. also you make us pay for the dumpsters, when EVERYONE in the surrounding community is using it. Not just three oaks trailer park.
Mar 16, 2025 · Nick ParkerWe just recently moved in, quiet neighborhood, new management is doing wonders to improve the park. Definitely recommend living here. It is very close to a school and community park as well.
Aug 24, 2024 · Kelsie MaherI did a drive around looking for a trailer that's for sale. Newer roads in the park. Small park with no amenities. Looks like they are trying to make improvements.
