This is a warning to all who are looking to rent. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY. Little Family Properties is the company that owns this and if you look them up on google reviews their reviews are horrible. Does not follow up with repair requests. You will not find a reliable method of communication here. They will give you the run around for your security deposit after deciding to moveout. No easy way to contact higher ups to get issues resolved. Won't answer emails. Phone # on website is just an automated robot. The good google reviews isn't the true story behind this place. Don't be deceived.

It's a quiet community and decent place to live if you plan on never moving out. Communication is absolutely awful with Little Family Properties. It's been extremely frustrating as well with maintenance requests because the majority of them went un-answered. If you try to call, all you get is an automated answering bot. Finding an actual person to call requires deep digging that is tedious. I've had 2 walk-throughs done at this point because apparently the first person who did it wasn't good enough for the second. I was told by one person I'd get my security deposit back and am now being told I won't by the second. Communication is terrible between the employees and their renters. Ridiculous

My bestfriend lives there. I always feel very safe in the neighborhood. The mobile home is very nice, I was surprised by how nice it was. Shade. Although the houses are way to close to each other. Nothing says good morning at 5am like a 1987 Ford f150 blaring it's engine right next to the window, which was their parking spot. Also my friend said the neighbors are mostly all older people who are kinda rude.

Very clean mobile homes, I've been in 2 different ones. The outside of the trailers are clean around the whole park. GOD loves each and every one of us! GOD bless you!!!!!!!

The park is well maintained by it's residents and seem nice,my Sister in law lives there. Thay are all Rent to Own I believe. The only thing is they are all alike, two and three bedrooms 2 bath.
