This is a nice place to live, but I wish they would address the issues you bring to their attention. Also, I wish they would stop raising the lot rent! I have had friends in other trailer courts that have had the same amount for lot rent for years!! Also we have problems with our mailbox staying shut, and we have asked for a new one a couple times and they ignore it! We have had mail blow away because the door will blow open and then the mail blows out! I really like that they finally paved the roads! That is a major improvement! 👏
Can't have toys in your yard for your kids to play with. Was told that it makes it look messy. Can't be having your kids play in the street. So not exactly sure where and what my kids can play with or on. Can't have anything on your deck, therefore the deck just just be made to look at. Can use underneath your deck for storage even though it's enclosed. So basically this place should just be used for a retirement community and hope that they don't have grandkids that come over and want to play. RIDICULOUS.
The new owners of Stoney Creek have greatly improved the community. They are bringing in new homes and cleaning up, this has added great value to the community.

They don't know how to take care of the place. My granddaughter,daughter and I have been getting sick a lot and we have a new born in the apartment now and I have a feeling that there is black mold in the walls. My apartment needed repair for over 5 months. I am looking for a place so I can get out of my apartment.
