I've lived here for awhile. Rent is reasonable I suppose but the park used to be better, however, the landlord is great, in my opinion. This 4 star rating is mostly for her. I've never been seriously late with my rent, with that being said, her and I have always had pleasant exchanges. If I've ever left a message, she responds fairly quick. Just overall a sweet lady.
