Staff is super nice however they are kinda slow at resolving issues. I move here May 2024. I reported an issue with my shower and tub early June and it has yet to be resolved. The electricity bill here has gone up every month the first bill was $145 the second $495 third $340 only because we had no power for 2 weeks my current bill is $550. I’m not sure if it’s an installation issue or if this is just normal for trailers but it’s definitely a bit much and I wish I knew this before moving here. It’s always hot until after 8pm. I have had to hire pest control for spiders and other pest issues. The rent is super cheap compared to other places it’s fairly decent just make sure you do a thorough walkthrough and write down all maintenance issues before you move in check everything from the light fixtures and switches to the electrical outlets and ceiling fans, check the surface of your tubs and showers shower heads even the windows to make sure they are properly sealed make sure your appliance work. There isn’t really a place for guests to park unless you’re near the office. Towing is enforced keep that in mind. It’s not all bad here it’s fairly quit I’m just not a fan of bugs and when I report maintenance issues I expect a prompt response and action as they expect my rent. It could be better in my opinion. At this time I don’t foresee myself renewing my lease here come April unless something changes but for these eclectic bills alone to be damn hear half my rent is insane and it still hot in here. I rather pay more and be comfortable.
I have lived in this park for over 10 years and we have had some for management but here recently new management took over. Our ac went out late Friday evening. Called the office not expecting to get an answer but they called me back stating that someone would be out on sat morning to fix our ac. They came out and it's fixed. I'm so glad it's not to hot!!! Shout out to Kelly the office manager for going extra mile.
I hate that we can't have cats cause I was going to get a kitten but then the new owners made that rule.
My cousin has lived in this community for several years and I visit quite often. She loves it there, as well as the neighborhood. I have a big brother relationship with her and tend to watch over her- (she hates that) but I definitely feel comfortable with her surroundings and her place is nice, clean, and affordable! Management works with her quickly and efficiently and addresses any questions or concerns she may have. I appreciate that more than anything else. Check them out if looking in the area.
I've lived here a very long time and I am still comfortable with my surroundings, my neighbors and my neighborhood. It's quiet and calm. With the occasional ruckus. But nothing too exciting. I have family that live in this neighborhood and I feel comfortable enough to let my kids walk over to grandmas house to share an evening with her. I notice neighbors watch out for neighbors, and children playing with other children making childhood friends and memories. I honestly think that's what community is about. I work now in the office, and the neighbors know me by name. I get comfort knowing that when they walk into the office they are greeted by a friendly face and I'd gladly help with what they need.
