Introduction / Overview

Terrace View Mobile Estates, located at 600 Trillo Ave, Baltimore, MD 21225, is an established mobile home park offering an alternative housing solution in the vibrant city of Baltimore. This community provides individual lots for manufactured homes, aiming to offer an affordable and accessible path to homeownership for many Maryland residents. While some homes within the park may be older, the essence of manufactured home living often lies in the balance between cost-effectiveness and the ability to personalize one's living space.

Reviews from residents highlight key aspects of the community, often describing it as "a quiet place" where "everyone is really nice" and "neighbors were friendly." This suggests a community where social interactions are generally positive and a sense of belonging is fostered. The park's management and residents collectively contribute to maintaining this peaceful atmosphere. Its structure, typical of a mobile home park, means residents usually own their homes while leasing the land, providing a distinct financial model that can be advantageous for various budgets. The combination of a quiet setting and proximity to city infrastructure makes Terrace View Mobile Estates a noteworthy option for those exploring housing possibilities in the Baltimore area.

Location and Accessibility

Terrace View Mobile Estates' location at 600 Trillo Ave, Baltimore, MD 21225, positions it within a fascinating blend of urban accessibility and a somewhat tucked-away community feel. While directly within the city limits of Baltimore, its specific placement offers a quieter residential experience, away from the immediate hustle and bustle of downtown.

A significant highlight of this location, as noted by residents, is the immediate proximity to essential services. There's a police station located "right down the street," which can contribute to a sense of security for the community. Additionally, the presence of both an elementary and middle school nearby makes it a practical choice for families with school-aged children, simplifying daily commutes for parents and providing direct access to educational facilities.

For broader accessibility, the park's location in Baltimore means residents have relatively easy access to major transportation arteries. While specific direct highway access details vary, being within Baltimore implies reasonable drives to I-95, I-695 (the Baltimore Beltway), and other key routes connecting to downtown Baltimore, BWI Airport, and surrounding suburbs. Public transportation options, such as local bus routes, are also likely available within walking or short driving distance, providing connectivity for those who rely on it. Despite being "out of the way of things" for some, the fundamental urban infrastructure of schools, emergency services, and general city amenities are within convenient reach, balancing a quieter home life with the necessities of city living for Marylanders.

Promotions or Special Offers

Information regarding specific, active promotions or special offers for Terrace View Mobile Estates is not readily available through generalized public search results. Mobile home parks, particularly those primarily focused on lot rentals for resident-owned homes, typically do not advertise short-term "deals" in the same way apartment complexes or new home developments might. Their "promotional value" often lies in their consistent affordability relative to the broader housing market.

The homes are extreamly old and not taken care of. Everyone is really nice but the cons out way the pros. The streets are cramped. There is a police station right down the street as well as an elementary and middle school. It's a nice little community out of the way of things but again not worth the money.

I don't rightly know if 2 stars would be accurate. However, it's "a quiet place"... there are those that would kill to live in "a quiet place" and sign rather than speak, but the obvious display of political dogma had me scared. I'm not for or on any sides. I love peace but this is just not my style. Was happy to drop my friend off and do 70 mph in a 30 mph zone to return to civilization.

Too complicating to try to move into a slumpy place like this. Want too much information and money for an application. You're buying a trailer home but get treated like a straight renter. Didn't like that they trying to get over on us. We're a family of 4, and it was just odd. Poor neighborhood and too many qualifications just to buy it. We had the cash on hand. Doesn't make any sense. Oh well.

Been here since 2011 and have had 0 problems..this is a private property community so yes ashley dary they do need info from you such as background checks to make sure the community is safe for ALL residents. you cant just pay cash and move in. yes you buy your home and its yours but your renting the land which is typical in mobile home communties. The app fee isnt anymore than what you would expect when renting an apartment or house as well as a security deposit bc again your renting the land!..my suggestion for anyone wanting to move in is drive thru the neighborhood and talk to residents and ask them. We are quiet and stick to ourselves as most people in here do..hope this helps any future residents..oh and btw if you have children the kids in the neighboorhood for the most part play very well together as kids will be kids and have disagreements sometimes. But for the most part they are all close and look out for each other.
