Do not recommend staying here. Rv park does not match the photos. Most spots filled with trash surrounding the campers. The amount of flies were insane. Sewer water sprinklers running most of the day led to a very unpleasant permeating odor. The RV manager rides around on a golf cart and is constantly watching in an uncomfortable way. She knocked on our door at 8:50am to tell us we had to be out at 11am, we knew two other RVs leaving the same day and she did not harass them (I have never had a park manager do this and we were out at 9:45am). For the weekly rate it isn’t worth it, spend the $25-$50 more and stay at a nicer park.

Spaces have a decent amount of room. Price for monthly rent is reasonable and all services are included. The reason for a four instead of five is the mail/delivery situation. The lot numbers are not very well coordinated so the delivery drivers constantly leave packages at the wrong trailer. They really should just renumber all the lots and do away with the incoherent pattern they currently use. On another note, they are fairly clean and have proper hook ups unlike some other reviews are stating.

We've been staying here a few years now and we're very happy with the management and our treatment as tenants. They are very fair with prices and have been kind and understanding. Great place to stay if your looking in this area.

We couldn't stay..ask for refund and was refused. The place to insert sewer hose was non existent. Poo doesn't run uphill. Not clean around the sewer area. Only 50 Amp service and said go buy adapter for $25.00. The older man and women welcome committee was nice. Can't say the man who makes the decision for refund was helpful or nice. Someone needs to call the health department.
