Villager Resort is 55+ RETIREMENT COMMUNITY - Close Siesta Key Beach A community I’m proud to live here, every day the new owners are adding some new improvement. We are looking better & better every day. Half your park is shaded with massive oaks making walking or biking on our smooth newly paved roads feel like a trip through north woods.

We love this park so much. The upgrades have been phenomenal. What a wonderful place to settle in to! The community and staff are top tier people. The park is immaculate and very well kept. They always offer the best options and amenities for their tenants to enjoy. Brenda has been an absolute gem all across the board! She is so patient and accommodating to all of our questions and needs. The owners are absolute visionaries. The new fence is such a wonderful and essential addition to the park. We highly recommend the Villager as your future home!

I've lived here 8 years, but since new owners and management came in about a year ago there have been vast improvements in the look and feel of the property and the living conditions. There are newly paved roads, wonderful new fencing, and many of the damaged and overgrown trees have been removed making it not only more attractive, but safer should major storms come. Brenda is our new manager and she has a friendly personality and is always willing to work with us to accomplish goals or improve conditions. I am very pleased to be living here and looking forward to the future in these pleasant surroundings.

My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Brenda last week. She was very friendly and helpful. She answered all our questions and took us for a tour of the park. Wow! Villager Resort has a lot to offer and everything is Bright and Beautiful! Love the Entrance Sign! We could tell that the residents took pride in their homes. So many homes were freshly painted and landscaped beautifully. The park looks great and has a neighborhood feel to it. Residents waved to us and a few stopped to chat for a minute. We love the way it is nestled back from the main road and yet close so many conveniences including restaurants, food stores, pharmacies, medical facilities, parks and the WATER. Villager Resort is definitely on our “A” list for our future relocation. Thanks again Brenda, we will be talking to you soon!

Have never had a better manager than Brenda, she treats everyone the same, is fair yet she is firm on what the park should look like to improve the appearance. The roads are wonderful specially since I sprained my ankle very bad before the asphalt,. I’m so glad the fence is put up on the east side of the park as we have more privacy and love the color. I’m appreciative of the colors my trailer was painted. The colors are soft.
