Great campgrounds and host. I almost hate to give this place away because we love how quiet it is but I wouldn't be doing my part if I kept it a secret. This is our favorite getaway spot. It's out of the way compared to Copan lake and worth every mile. I recommend it for sure.
We love this campground, very clean, quiet and peaceful. Be prepared to deal with snakes (copperheads and rattlesnakes), tarantulas and bugs tho. Not for the faint of heart!
Nice clean campsite. Clean bathrooms with shower stalls. Boat launch. Grills, concrete tables, and running water. Trees for shade. Camp bonfire. Didn't find a sandy beach but there is a beach.
Public showers and restrooms. Nice quiet camping. Nice hiking trails. And the people who run the place are amazing
Ladies are super friendly and the place is as pictured perfect as it can get! Quiet clean!
