A manufactured home community, it offers a particular style of living that can appeal to some individuals and families looking for a specific type of residential environment.
Historically, White Pines Pointe has aimed to provide a living space for manufactured homes. The very nature of a mobile home park is to offer dedicated lots for these homes, often with essential utility hookups, contributing to a sense of neighborhood. While the intention might be to provide a serene living environment, it's crucial for prospective residents to be fully informed about the current state of affairs and management practices. As with any long-term residential decision, understanding the full picture is paramount.

Based on the provided customer reviews, White Pines Pointe Mobile Home Park does not appear to offer readily available or consistent "promotions" or "special offers" in the way a new development or a short-term rental property might. Instead, the reviews highlight challenges with pricing and services, indicating that the focus is not on promotional incentives for new tenants, but rather on the existing operational model.
One review explicitly mentions that management "raise their rent constantly and take services away." This suggests that any historical offers or inclusions, such as a community building being part of the rent, have been removed. The current operational approach, as described by tenants, focuses on adjusting costs and services, which may not align with a promotional strategy.
Given these insights, prospective residents should not expect advertised deals or special pricing. Instead, any discussions about rent, terms, or available services would need to be directly negotiated or inquired about with the current management. It is highly advisable for any interested individual to directly contact the park and obtain the most current and comprehensive information regarding all fees, services, and policies before making any commitments. Transparency in these discussions will be crucial for a clear understanding of what White Pines Pointe Mobile Home Park currently offers.

While its location in Beckley undeniably offers convenient access to a wide array of urban amenities – including essential services like hospitals, schools, and shopping, as well as proximity to major employers and interstates – these practical advantages must be weighed against other reported aspects of community living.

While the location remains a strong point, a comprehensive assessment of the community's current operational practices is vital for any West Virginian considering White Pines Pointe as their next home.
Customer Reviews
They raise their rent constantly and take services away. We used to have a community building to use but now even the tenants have to rent it It used to be included with our rent. White Pines has been through 3 different owners in the past 9 years. Also theyno longer provide garbage service so trash is piling up on tenants porches. Glad that my wife and I are moving out of here real soon. I would look for any other place to live before I would settle for this park.
I have lived here since 2016, the new manager and management company aren't versed in the Fair Housing Act for disabled tenants rights. I have HIV, and sometimes have a charity called Covernt House in Charleston WV pay my rent. By law when an agency pledges on the account the landlord is supposed to give the charity 30 days to pay. In my case they charge a late fee, which defrauds the angency and my civil rights. The they send out a letter called 3 days or quit. Meaning they want to evict you. I had my AIDs doctor and I had to file a complaint with the Department of Justice in Washington. This place is not a very good place to live. Last week the office was closed all week. The manager don't do nothing at all to protect your rental rights. I wouldn't recommend trying to live here. It's a joke.
This place is a joke since the owners have changed all they seen to want to do is keep raising lot rent and taking away are privileges. I feel like they want you to pay to live there without out actually living there. Once they got a problem with you they will ignore you and cost you more money then it's worth staying there
They don't fix any problems. I know of someone who lives there and their home sells in a swamp because the owners won't fix the drainage issue
This park is nice and quiet park just one thank no play ground for the kids
