Swimming pool has not been heated for 4 months now and heater is still broken. Dryers in laundry facility have not worked for a year now.

Love this little quiet neighborhood. Well it was quiet until we arrived. I'm equivalent to living with Animal from the muppets. So hanging from the ceiling was a blast until I mooned the management. And would avoid skinny dipping during the daytime hours. And at night shine a flash light to check for eyeshine on the gators first.Too bad I'm not 55 or up. :) Thank you to the Pietrusza family and your wonderful tasty cactus fruit. Even though it looked like it came from Mars it was the most hydrating & delicious thing EVER.
