This isn't just a place to park your rig; it's a community where the owners, Allison and Kent, make you feel like family from the moment you arrive.
Unlike some crowded RV parks, 7C's RV Park prides itself on offering a calm and spacious environment, allowing guests to truly unwind and enjoy the natural surroundings. It’s the kind of place where you can escape the noise of everyday life, enjoy clear starry nights, and create lasting memories with loved ones, including your furry friends. The dedicated owners go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcome and has everything they need, embodying the true spirit of Southern hospitality that we Arkansans cherish. If you're looking for a peaceful and well-maintained base from which to explore the Ozarks or simply relax, 7C's RV Park might just be your perfect home away from home.
7C's RV Park boasts a prime location in Omaha, Arkansas, making it an accessible and convenient stop for many travelers, especially those exploring the northern part of our state. The address, 20623 Old U.S. Hwy 65, Omaha, AR 72662, USA, places it directly on a historically significant route, ensuring straightforward navigation for RVers. U.S. Highway 65 is a major north-south artery in Arkansas, connecting numerous towns and attractions, which significantly enhances the park's accessibility for both local Arkansans and visitors passing through.
Omaha, while a smaller community, offers a tranquil setting that is highly sought after by those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of larger cities. Its position allows for easy access to a variety of popular destinations within a reasonable driving distance. For instance, the vibrant city of Branson, Missouri, known for its entertainment and attractions, is typically less than an hour's drive north. This makes 7C's RV Park an excellent base for those who wish to enjoy Branson's offerings during the day but prefer a quieter, more relaxed atmosphere for their evenings.
Furthermore, the park's location in the Ozark Mountains region means it's surrounded by natural beauty. This proximity provides excellent opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, and exploring the scenic landscapes that define this part of Arkansas. Whether you’re coming from Little Rock, Fort Smith, or just exploring the northwestern corner of the state, the straightforward access via U.S. Highway 65 ensures a smooth journey for even the largest RVs. The blend of easy access to major routes and the peaceful, rural setting makes 7C's RV Park an ideal spot for both short-term stays and longer-term retreats, allowing visitors to experience the best of both worlds in the Arkansas Ozarks.
7C's RV Park is dedicated to providing a comfortable and accommodating experience for all its guests, focusing on the essential services that make an RV stay enjoyable and hassle-free. While the specific details of every service may evolve, based on customer reviews and the nature of a well-maintained RV park, guests can expect a range of practical amenities designed to enhance their stay.
- Spacious RV Sites: A recurring highlight in reviews is the generous amount of space offered at each site. This is crucial for RVers, providing ample room for parking, setting up outdoor living areas, and ensuring privacy between neighbors. This thoughtful design contributes significantly to the peaceful atmosphere.
- Full Hookups: While not explicitly detailed in every review, it is standard for a well-regarded RV park to offer full hookups, which typically include water, electricity (various amperage options likely available), and sewer connections at each site. This ensures convenience for all types of RVs.
- Pet-Friendly Environment: Reviewers specifically mention that 7C's RV Park is welcoming to "furry friends," indicating a pet-friendly policy. This is a significant advantage for RVers who travel with their beloved pets, often including designated areas or sufficient space for walks.
- Well-Maintained Property: Customer feedback consistently praises the owners for maintaining the property well. This implies clean and tidy grounds, accessible roads within the park, and a general sense of order that contributes to a pleasant stay.
- Hospitality and Customer Service: The owners, Allison and Kent, are repeatedly lauded for their exceptional hospitality. This "service" extends beyond physical amenities to include a welcoming demeanor, helpfulness, and a genuine interest in their guests' comfort, making visitors feel "instantly like someone you’ve known forever."
- Secluded Area for Activities: Reviewers note the "secluded area" which is conducive to activities such as "bonfires and stargazing." While not a 'service' in the traditional sense, the park's layout and environment support these desired outdoor experiences. This suggests fire rings might be available or allowed at sites, and the lack of light pollution provides excellent stargazing opportunities.
- Long-Term Stay Options: The phrasing in reviews, such as "peaceful place to stay for a while" and "peaceful spot to park your life," suggests that 7C's RV Park accommodates both short-term and potentially extended or long-term stays, which is a valuable service for those seeking a more permanent base in the area.
These services, combined with the dedicated oversight of the owners, ensure that 7C's RV Park provides a comfortable, clean, and welcoming environment for RV travelers in Omaha, Arkansas.
7C's RV Park stands out in the Arkansas RV landscape due to several key features and highlights that consistently resonate with its guests. These attributes contribute to the park's reputation as a top choice for those seeking a peaceful and welcoming RV experience.
- Exceptional Owner Hospitality: This is arguably the most significant highlight. Allison and Kent, the owners, are frequently praised in reviews for their friendliness, accommodating nature, and ability to make guests feel instantly at home. This personal touch creates a family-like atmosphere that is rare and highly valued, turning a simple stay into a memorable experience. Their dedication ensures guests have everything they need and feel genuinely cared for.
- Peaceful and Calm Atmosphere: Many RV parks can be bustling and noisy, but 7C's RV Park is consistently described as a "calm, peaceful place." This tranquility is a major draw for those looking to relax, unwind, and escape the stresses of daily life. It’s an ideal environment for quiet evenings and undisturbed rest.
- Spacious Sites and Seclusion: Unlike parks where RVs are packed tightly together, 7C's offers "a lot of space for your family." This generous spacing not only provides privacy but also allows for comfortable outdoor living, whether it's setting up a patio, playing with children, or simply enjoying the open air. The "secluded area" mentioned by guests further enhances this feeling of private retreat.
- Pet-Friendly Environment: For many Arkansans, pets are an integral part of the family. The park's explicit welcome of "furry friends" is a significant advantage, allowing pet owners to travel and enjoy their time without worrying about finding suitable accommodations for their companions.
- Excellent for Bonfires and Stargazing: The peaceful, secluded nature of the park creates perfect conditions for traditional camping activities. Reviewers highlight the opportunities for "great bonfires and stargazing." With less light pollution than urban areas, the night sky comes alive, offering a breathtaking display for campers.
- Well-Maintained Property: The owners' commitment to keeping the property well-maintained contributes greatly to the overall positive experience. Cleanliness, orderliness, and attention to detail ensure a pleasant and comfortable environment for all visitors.
- Ideal for Extended Stays: The recurrent theme of guests looking to "stay for a while" or "park your life" suggests the park's suitability for longer-term residents. Its peaceful environment and strong sense of community make it an attractive option for those seeking a temporary or even semi-permanent base in the Ozarks.
These combined features make 7C's RV Park a standout destination for RVers in Arkansas, offering not just a place to park, but a truly welcoming and rejuvenating experience.
As a privately owned and operated RV park with a strong emphasis on personal hospitality and a peaceful atmosphere, 7C's RV Park may not widely advertise traditional promotions or special offers in the same way larger corporate chains might. Their primary "offer" is the exceptional quality of their experience, characterized by spacious sites, a serene environment, and the outstanding hospitality of owners Allison and Kent.
However, many independent RV parks like 7C's often provide value through other means, such as:
- Weekly or Monthly Rates: It is very common for RV parks to offer discounted rates for extended stays. Given that reviews mention guests staying "for a while" or "parking your life," it's highly probable that 7C's RV Park provides attractive weekly or monthly rates that offer significant savings compared to nightly rates. This is a common "special offer" for long-term campers.
- Seasonal Discounts: Depending on the demand and time of year, some RV parks might introduce off-season discounts or special rates during less busy periods to encourage occupancy. While no specific seasonal offers are publicly listed, it's a possibility to inquire about.
- Referral Programs: While not explicitly stated, some parks reward guests who refer new customers. Given the strong community feel and family-like atmosphere cultivated by Allison and Kent, a word-of-mouth referral program would align well with their business model.
- Good Sam Club or Other RV Association Discounts: Many RV parks offer discounts to members of prominent RV clubs like Good Sam Club, Passport America, or KOA. It's always a good idea for members of such organizations to inquire if 7C's RV Park participates in any of these programs.
The best way for prospective guests in Arkansas to learn about any current pricing structures, potential long-term stay discounts, or unadvertised specials would be to directly contact 7C's RV Park. Their highly accommodating owners, Allison and Kent, would be the best source for this information and can provide details tailored to specific needs and stay durations. Given their reputation for excellent hospitality, they are likely to be transparent and helpful in discussing all available options.

Customer Reviews
If you’re looking for a calm, peaceful place to stay for a while this is it! Not only is it beautiful at this RV park, but Allison and Kent are some the nicest people you’ll meet! They instantly feel like someone you’ve known forever. They were so accommodating and we had everything we needed. We would recommend to friends and family in a heartbeat.
If you are looking for a peaceful spot to park your life, then this is the place! 7 C's offers you alot of space for your family and furry friends. We enjoyed the secluded area; it made for great bon fires and star gazing. The owners maintain the property well and we will miss their hospitality! Thank you for allowing us to be part of the 7 C's family!!!
My husband, 2 little kids, and I stayed here for 4 months while we looked for a house to buy. They only allow a couple campers at a time which was great because we didn’t have to worry about any odd people messing with any of our stuff. They were also super accommodating to our departure date. With all the hassle that goes into buying an house and what we had to deal with, they never made us feel rushed to leave and always let us know that we could stay for however long we needed. Allison and Kent were beyond welcoming and made sure we had anything and everything they could help us with. We had never been to Arkansas and weren’t sure if it would end up being our forever home, but meeting Allison and Kent and some of the other long term residents made us fall in love with Arkansas. The spots have full hook ups and they make sure that you have a table and fire pit and trash can at your spot. They even had a little playground swing set for the kids to play on. There was also an on-site laundry room which was great so that we didn’t have to drive to a laundromat. Allison and Kent are some of the nicest people and always made sure to let us know that their home was always open to us anytime we needed. Being from the west, I had never experienced even a possibility of a tornado so the very first time one had a possibility of coming through, I was very stressed but they let me know exactly where to storm shelter was and said that if anything ever gets too bad that we were welcome to come knock on the door. Even after moving out, they’ve been checking in on us and we have made some forever friends! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!
If you are looking for a short term or long term rv park to stay, THIS ONE IS IT!!! The Bydaleks are absolutely incredible folks. They will make you feel like family. If you want a beautiful scene to look at and friendly neighbors, you are in the right place. Everyone will make you feel as though you are family, you can set around a campfire amongst them or just to hang out at a picnic table and visit. This is the place to be. The Bydaleks are wonderful folks and I will miss them as I will be moving on. ALLISON AND KENT, YOU ROCK!!!
We don't believe that we've ever been treated as badly as we were at 7C's RV Park. We made our reservations just as we were supposed to, and when we arrived at 7C's, we were greeted by Allison and Kent. We paid for a month. Allison and Kent seemed pleasant our 1st night. But after only one night, they asked us to stop by the office. They explained that "We're not compatible with you." What does that mean? How do you determine that you're not compatible with a customer after one night? They returned our money. We're educated, intelligent people. I'm a 100% disabled and retired veteran and my wife is my caregiver. What on earth possessed them to do such a thing? I truly believe that if someone had done to them what they did to us, someone would've gotten hurt. When you mess with someone's family, you should expect there to be ramifications. Kent claimed to be from Colorado, and Allison claimed to be from Oklahoma. We've been stationed in both states, and have never met anyone who's moral compass is so out of whack. We don't play games, and we don't like romper room behavior. We didn't expect a business owner to behave so badly. They did offer us a drink (alcohol) that 1st night; which we declined (we don't drink), and maybe that offended them? Allison told us that it wasn't anything that we did?? What?? Someone or something in Harrison AR forced them to kick us out? It was raining, cold and miserable the entire time we were there. Our son said that the RV Park looked a little too much like the Blair Witch woods; and too spooky. We could never recommend 7C's RV Park in Omaha AR as a RV stop for anyone. We could never recommend Allison's jewelry for anyone either. You can get better jewelry out of a Cracker Jack box. Save your money. We have a feeling about this couple. Because of how they treat customers , it's only a matter of time before they get an awakening. We've heard from some Native American people from the area, and were told all about this couple. They expressed their right to refuse us, and we're expressing our right to tell everyone. 👎🖕🖕🖕🐍💸 Watch the money fly away! When someone decides to abuse a descendant of the Holy Family, it usually backfires on them badly. You have no one to blame, but yourselves.
