Not very professional, the woman in office was very rude when I brought up a serious matter and also talks about tenants to other people. The lack of professionalism is at an all time high.

These ladies are a joke! They rip people off all the time. They have mold in their properties and then lie about! My daughter is pregnant and got really sick, had an inspection done, and the ENTIRE house was covered in mold, starting to go up the walls. Clearly they DO NOT take care of their properties and just takes people's money for themselves. All this happened at Christmas time and she told my daughter to be out by January 1, then lies and said she needed be out on Christmas. Who the hell is going to move on Christmas?? Per the inspection, NO OCCUPANTS should be living at the residence as of 12-22-23. I will make sure my daughter NEVER rents from this company/slimy people. She did not give my daughter any of her deposit back, my daughter does not own a dog, and when you have new carpet put it, I will never believe that you had no idea about mold being n there, from pictures that the inspector gave us its really hard to miss the mold!! There's a reason their properties are cheap. They ain't fixing what needs to be fixed, your money is going straight for their needs, not yous!

I just moved in here and I'm beyond angry! I picked a different home out but was told on moving day that it wasn't ready so I had to live in this other 'move in ready' home. It's disgusting! I've been cleaning it for days & it still smells terrible! There's mold in several places & I'm trying to find other residents who need help getting their homes safer too! I'm not going to stand for this! Not for me or others that need safer homes! I'm starting the process to turn these problems in to the proper authorities if they don't get fixed!

They are Slum Lords who use the Holts Summit police to fraud people out of money with false evictions. These are not honest people. Manager Connie and the owner Mary are in on it together. Watched a neighbor get kicked out because of their faulty electricity (which is illegal)(and also in my trailer) that caused a fire that could have killed them. This place needs to be reported to the BBB and shut down. Something is very wrong with the water here, they dont care and shut it off for days with nothing but a note at the mailbox to warn people. Dont risk coming here
