Dirtiest, nastiest mobile home park in town. The homes are entirely to close, the road is in shambles, looks like a mobile home junk yard. If you don't mind run down trashed mobile homes that are turned into trap houses then by all means this is the place for you!

Me and my boyfriend applied for a trailer here the manager of the park told us the trailer was practically ours as long as we told the truth on our applications and we did and he said we were the only ones interested in the trailer, and after we paid him for the application fee we couldn't get anyone to answer the phones, my boyfriend drove up there and someone had already moved into the home that was within 3 days of him saying that noone else was interested in the home. It took my boyfriend 3 days of calling and going to the managers home for him to say we were denied. This place needs different management.

under new ownership, management is trying to clean up the park and replace lighting. the tenants are friendly, management is trying there best to clean up the park and keep out the riff raff. they will not except anyone with past evictions or a felony criminal record, or pedophiles. the park is within the wonderful callaway hills elementary school district.

It's actually one of the worst trailer parks in Holts Summit Missouri. They are poorly managed a little bit down the road there's another trailer park no actually mobile homes I don't know if they have places for RVs or smaller. When I drive around it looks fairly clean the roads are very bad. It ideally is all about the person that is living there. Unfortunately there are many there that are deplorables shall we say. I would only recommend this place to a homeless person and that's sketchy.
