Had some issues with the sewer as soon as we moved in, but Tina did above and beyond helping/fighting for us, we ended up getting a new sewer line in the end. I truly don't think that would have happened without her advocating for us. Was very good about giving updates throughout, even off the clock. Tina also helps some of the older or less fortunate people around the place. She stays way past her schedule, and I think some people forget she's human and is trying to do the best she can. I've seen a lot of managers in here, and in my opinion the best one by far.

Me and my husband just recently moved here! We are enjoying it here,the neighbors are nice! We haven't had any trouble with management or anyone! It's not but 15 mins to a Walmart or fast foodwhcih I don't think is too far! We enjoy the country feel!

The new manager Tina has been amazing ! She was quick to help resolve a couple of problems we have been having for over a year of being here but she also is so helpful to our community she has went out of her way to start a food pantry to all the residence and she also has all the resources to help make sure families are able to get the help if they are in need

Do not do not do not move here. This is the worst place anyone could live . Management is never in the office, we can never get a hold of ANYONE, we never barely have clean water as pipes are breaking all over the park, please don’t move here Update we got a new manager but she is horrible this park is horrible it’s a horrible place to live

The speed bumps are ridiculous no reason for them to be so high to rub completely against bottom of the cars.
