We purchased a home here about 2 months ago. Our experience has been good, the neighbors we’ve met are friendly and the ones we haven’t are respectful. We are able to stick to the Seneca school district, which is a huge selling point and why we chose to get something here. Lot rent is set at a great price! When I spoke to the landlords they were friendly and willing to answer questions we had. We had reservations, only because we had been one of the family’s affected by timber edge being sold shortly after we planted our feet. They have a very quick process for getting you set up. Overall a good place to live.
