None of their phone numbers work. You don’t get an email of confirmation after you do the application online. There’s no way to contact them.

I will say the place is clean and it feels safe. But Im giving 1 star or 0 if I could for their stupid policies regarding cats, management is ignorant about the benefits of TNR, there are multiple rescue animal organizations that would be happy with going in there and help at no cost to Smith. But what else can you expect from a bunch of hillbillies with a low IQ. Animal control should do something about this.

I have been living in one of Smith's Mobile Home Parks going on 9 years. My experience has been positive. The management is great as our the ladies who work the office. When my sink is clogged or my porch is bad or any other maintenance issue I've had, it is quickly taken care of. The maintenance staff are friendly and courteous, just all around great guys. How I came about moving here is a long story. Suffice to say I had 2 days to find a place and move. The owner and his daughter went above and beyond to make that happen. The park has a courtesy patrol. They go around the parks making sure all is good. Especially Cindy, she looks out for the seniors. Whether it be food boxes or bottled water. The other courtesy patrol worker is John, he was by my side during a medical emergency for which I will be forever grateful.
