Customer Reviews
I am near a body of water, a river. It brings a calm to the community along with the quiet neighbors. The management is fair when considering allowances in lot improvement that tenants desire. Like myself , there are improvements I want to make on my lot , yet in the community rules it states I need the manager 's approval. All requests must be in writing .He has allowed me to do as I desired and included his input related to limits. I have to remember I own the mobile home and I am responsible for it's upkeep and he owns the lot it sits on and his rules outline his expectations. All of which promote a safe, peaceful community.I would recommend RPMHC to any prospective tenants. C.Rodriguez
Mobile homes are old and run down. The manager(s) don't care about the tenants. Washers and dryer are always broke and you can't get your money back. Someone always steal things from your lot and there's no assistance to prevent it and it'll be someone staying on the property. Propane heats the homes paid separately. The worst place I have ever known to reside in. There are better options than these. Bill is definitely the biggest s***head I have came across. Stole all of my spouses things and never answered any of my calls when I had a concern or issue about something.
Purchased my mobile camper, small and cozy. River is just steps away, I love it here, it's quiet and there is a lot of wildlife animals, especially different kinds of species of birds. Property manager is so nice. I'm here to stay. ๐๐
