We are just finishing our first season as owners at Stevenson's Point and love it. We found it was a way to have nice and comfortable "lake place" without the upkeep or cost of a stand-alone lakehouse. You basically buy a trailer here but lease the spot from the park. The price you pay for the trailer is GREATLY influenced by its location in the park. Trailers on lakefront lots are roughly 2X (or more) the price of non-lakefront. They also lease boat slips. The park is well maintained and they have pretty strict rules, which keeps it nice and ultimately eliminates problems. The park has a beach/picnic area, a playground, a boat ramp, and even a rec hall for the kids with pool table, ping pong, etc. It's also very much a community, with their own fireworks show, a big bar-b-q bash, and even a chili cookoff. We look forward to many years of memories here with our family and grandchildren.

It's peaceful, kid friendly, the owners are good people, and it's on the lake. It's very safe. For the 4th of July they have a parade for the kids and adults and throw candy out. The beginning of October they do a park wide trick-or-treating where kids get candy and adults get alcohol

Eric’s son Buck is extremely rude and obnoxious. You should be nice to all your residents especially the ones who buy new traitors and pay their bills. Negatives-Lot fees are ridiculously high considering the park offers no amities. The lot fees have been raised 4 consecutive years.

We love this place! Stevenson's Point is clean and very well maintanied park. The community is very friendly, it is a great place to spend your summers.

I've only visited as a guest. My family has a place here. It's a nice family oriented place on the lake.
