This guy Dillon what ever manager guy name is is discriminating against me because im black look I told his boss she said she would fix it it has gotten wrost since then like he gave us 2 notices about the grass 5 days apart even doe it wasn't higher then much but I cut it 1st time then he sent me one on weeds but he still had them cut my yard to try and add a fee like really also it's no cut may.......so today I drive around park 1st 2 lots right next to me he didn't cut why they get more time to cut there grass then me only difference is there white so im not just saying anything sir plus after I told on u to your boss you took me off mailing list and kept my white girl friend on there and you stop calling me you started only calling her Ai can type for your response or you could just stop being this way we have to do better i respect everyone just need same in return and I have way more then this on what he been up to he try to tell me he not racist don't tell me that show me because this company shouldn't allow you to be this way and maybe I should take ya word when u told me if im unhappy then move when lease is up after over 3 years 👌 👏 you basically telling me you're not trying make black people happy and that's sad

It's was beutuful there lots of sun and fun beutuful beach well kept maintained very well but I will not climb them sand dunes lol
So happy I sold my mobile home in this park. Wow. So office manager states my deposit will be sent within 30 days of move out, but nope. Apparently I get a bill for 21.87! Take that out of my deposit and send me the money you OWE me. Ridiculous! Office staff is insanely incompetent it’s disgusting. Best of luck the new owners. Don’t let the look of this park fool you. RUN.
This place let me tell you. My wife and kids have lived her for 4 years and every year the lot rent has gone up. The land around here is always wet. Can’t even let the kids play in the yard cause they will get soaked. Even in the dead of summer. We decided to buy our modular after the 2nd year of being here thinking it would of be cheaper. WRONG. Our lot rent is 540.00 a month. There is 0 furniture you are aloud to keep outside with out being Harassed. Not a great place to stay. Yes is is clean and has a good pool and pretty but, there is a lot of riff raff. Cops are always driving around the park with some kind of issues. Mostly kids Vandalizing and or breaking into something.
