Seriously overpriced! They think that because they now switched to "sr" trailer trash park they can charge near Bridgman lot rent...for what? They sell used singles for outrageous prices...$69k?! If you really want to enjoy harbor country you can get a real house without having nasty Jennifer bailey watching over you to find you for ANYTHING ...she is so desperate for money. She never got us but many have had her fine them for petty issues. She cannot run this place, she is hated, she is dirty. Why would you rent a lot here let alone BUY here? Bridgman - a little more lot rent but you're in Bridgman! Not a white trash wonderland trying to be chic. Bridgman amenities, Bridgman water n sewer, near weko beach, warren dunes, Meijer, Aldi, many good restos. It's , sad before Jennifer bailey moved her trash in to take this from white trash to an overpriced white trash senior ghetto it was affordable for theasses. Now it's overpriced trash. Thank you Jennifer bailey. Please go back to Chicago....or Alabama...where a loser like you was bred and not aborted which is what society needed.

My husband & I truly enjoy living out at Lakewood Estates. It is quiet and reserved & the people who work there are amazing, including the owner. I highly recommend Lakewood Estates for anyone who is seeking a quiet/reserved place to live. Not to mention, a nice gym that is literally walking distance & a pool that is almost done & ready for use. Nice place!

Went to Lakewood Estates to visit a friend. Unlike trailer parks you've seen in person or in the movies, Lakewood is well landscaped with a variety of manufactured homes with plenty of space between them. There were a good number of single trailer homes, but most were doubles. All were very well kept. According to my friend, the owner of the park just purchased 10 new double wide homes. The exterior of the new homes fit in with the rest of the standing homes, but appeared to be a step or two more upscale. The roads through the community are paved and well taken of. Very quiet community. Not far from downtown Three Oaks or New Buffalo. I was told the new homes are selling for about $100K which is less than 3 years of rent in some of the new apartments here in Oak Park, IL. Very nice development.
