Its ok. I have been living there for 5 yrs. Its been ok. And landlord can be a butt, but he is fair. I own my trailer. Rent is 375,for lot. I think he has rentals. Has spots for trailers,move your home to Shady Oak.
Bought a trailer there, Great price,but needs alot of work. Also the grounds need a good cleaning.. could be a nice place! But whoever's in charge doesn't seem to care as long as they get their money 😉
Well been living here 6yrs now and Ed is an ok landlord,just got new city water to area. Buy a trailer to fix up. Want to be a person that feels like living in country-like living but not far from lake michigan,this is place to to call and fond out the information. Ask to speak to Ed owner.
Shady Oak is a cute little park that has a lot of potential. It's a private community located conveniently on hwy 12 between Bluechip and Four Winds Casino.
