For Indiana locals, this location provides a strategic advantage, balancing a quiet community life with the convenience of urban amenities and natural beauty within close reach.
Mobile home parks, including Weatherstone Village, typically provide a core set of services designed to support the permanent residency of manufactured homes. While the specific scope and quality of these services can vary between communities, based on general industry standards and positive customer feedback regarding management responsiveness, residents at Weatherstone Village can generally expect:
Lot Leases: The primary service is the leasing of individual plots of land where manufactured homes are permanently situated. This lot rent covers the right to use the land and access to the park's foundational infrastructure.
Utility Connections: Parks typically provide the necessary hookups for essential utilities such as electricity, water, and sewer to each home lot. While residents are usually responsible for their individual utility bills, the park ensures the underlying utility infrastructure is in place for connection.
Common Area Maintenance: Management is generally responsible for the upkeep of shared areas within the park, which often include internal roads, lighting, and general grounds. Positive reviews mentioning management being "on it" suggest a proactive approach to maintenance, contributing to a pleasant living environment.
Waste Management: Many mobile home parks arrange for trash collection services for residents, which may be included as part of the lot rent or billed separately.
On-Site Management & Responsive Support: A key highlight from reviews is the "awesome" and "responsive" management staff (e.g., Michelle, Sarah, Jay). This indicates that residents can expect a dedicated team to address inquiries, enforce park rules, and oversee daily operations without hesitation, fostering a well-run community.
While one review mentioned that "rules aren't enforced evenly as per the lease agreements," particularly concerning pet waste, it is important for prospective residents to discuss specific rules and their enforcement with management to ensure clarity on community standards. For the most accurate and current information on services, rules, and any associated fees, directly contacting Weatherstone Village management is always recommended for Indiana locals.

Customer Reviews
Management is awesome. It's very quiet and reasonable. I truly appreciate Michelle, Sarah, Jay and the rest of the staff anytime anything needs to be done they are on it there's no hesitate. Thank you all so much.
Office people are nice but rules aren't enforced evenly as per the lease agreements. Some dog owners don't pickup after their pets. Be careful where you step in the park areas.
No place is perfect but I believe this is as close as its going to get. Keep in mind, I moved here from Chicago over 7 years ago and have lived here the entire time. It’s quiet, so far safe, clean and friendly. I’ve seen a lot of office and maintenance staff come and go and in my opinion, I like how they are managing things now, opposed to maybe 4-5 years ago. I genuinely like living here. People out here pretty much keep to themselves and work hard to try and provide for their families and keep their homes looking nice. I live on the original Weatherstone side, not the former Terrace Acres side of the park, so I can’t speak about how it is on that side of Weatherstone.
Office hides to not do there job they will get you in quick but forget about you right after .they are horrible about anything needed done . they constantly raise rent expect to pay around same price for trailer as you would a home in the area some pay 1100 a month for rent . lowest I seen is 600 Thats if you own but expect it to rise every year even tho they fix nothing Update still a terrible place to move too you would be better off finding a home to purchase in area then use this place as a stepping stone to a new home
It's ok, kinda feels like jail. It's a 50/50 shot of running into a nice person
