No dogs allowed. No cats. Weird. Suppose to be 55+ but watched a couple of 30+ blue collar grungy looking men get out of two work trucks change out of their clothes to go inside their home ? .. nicely scalloped yards when you see them. Mostly asphalt . Rock pavers. Very big block red lettering signs exclaiming no bikes no golf carts no pets no ... No. .. No... A non very welcoming looking place. They have their own pier with picnic tables and no parking. So tight between each lot. I'm surprised.. it's a very very claustrophobic feeling. I live in an RV Park that has more room.. .. giving 3 stars because they probably keep a tight ship.. probably nothing happening in here they don't know about. And the scalloped yards

This place looks great but the biggest issue is no pets allowed. This is the first age restricted community I have looked at in Florida that did not allow pets. Almost every retiree I know enjoys the company of a pet.
