Services Offered

Apache Pines RV Park provides a range of services designed to accommodate various RVing needs, particularly highlighting a unique aspect of their business model and a commitment to resident well-being.

  • RV Sales and Financing: Uniquely, the owners, Pam and Harold, are involved in RV sales, allowing residents to potentially "buy an RV from Pam and Harold." This suggests that the park might offer a pathway to RV ownership, possibly with in-house financing or assistance, providing a comprehensive solution for those looking to acquire an RV and a place to park it.
  • Flexible Payment Arrangements: A key service, though born out of unique circumstances, is the compassionate approach to "late payments." The owners' willingness to "work with" residents facing difficult situations, as highlighted by a grateful resident, demonstrates a level of flexibility and understanding that is rare in typical rental agreements.
  • RV Site Rentals: As an RV park, the primary service is providing individual sites for recreational vehicles, which typically include standard hookups for water, electricity (likely 30 and 50 amp services), and sewer connections, ensuring a functional living space.
  • Maintenance Support: While not explicitly detailed for all aspects, the mention of "sewer flies" and "roaches" in a critical review suggests that pest control and general maintenance are areas that residents monitor and expect the park to address. Similarly, the general expectation in such parks is that basic utility functionality is maintained.
  • Community Environment: Despite some challenges, the presence of "very nice and helpful" people among the residents indicates a potential for positive community interactions and mutual support among neighbors.

I bought an RV from Pam and Harold, then after 3 or 4 payments was diagnosed with end stage Metastatic prostate cancer. I have been very sick and had a problem with a few late payments. Most companies would have snatched my rv from me, leaving me homeless at a very vulnerable time. I am grateful beyond words that they are working with me. I have been put in for hospice and have an appointment for social security. Which, I pray will make a little less to worry about. Thank you Pam and Harold for working with me There is a special place in heaven for you both! JB

Mingo rv park send me to there Apache pines rv park cause they said my rv was to old being a 2006 model. But when I got to Apache pines rv park , my rv looked new compared to the rv’s parked there. The place had people not staying there walking 24/7 and the park was next to a trucking company that was busy 24/7 too. (Lock your doors this park is in the getto of Tulsa OKLAHOMA ). The park doesn’t have showers or good restrooms.
