I would not recommend this place, the price of the land is very expensive. the people in the office are terrible don't move here They only answer you kindly here but the reality is that this administration that is in place at this moment is terrible, it is only looking for what to do to harass the tenants and does not care at all about the needs of the people If you see a good opinion here it is favors they are doing to the workers of this property or Why do they give a gift card for good reviews? They lie for $20 I have met very good managers but the one here seems to be bored and goes out to see what she can find to bother the tenants since she doesn't go out to see what the tenants need, she acts as if she were giving us accommodation for free and cheap it is not

Lived there for 19 years. Couldn't keep managers. Always raising your rent with the promise to upgrade the park. We had a tree fall on my carpet and total my car. Never offered to pay for the carport or the car. We moved out after that. I was told we would get our deposit back. We gave them there gate badge, keys to the postal box, and new address. Never got that back either. Good luck if you move in there.
