The place is improving. We have lived here for 3 years and over the last 6 to 8 months they have started to make improvements throughout the park. They are goid people overall but they are kindbof partial to hispanics but they still will work with everyone. They do very reasonable payments on the homes.

Fix the park and add swings it's falling apart and make the area bigger and don't let people spray paint it

Do not fall for the scam that my family fell for. They do not have anything open. (The website is wrong) Everything is rent to own and they do not have any open. They will take the fee money and ever go as far of telling you that you are approved and to come to the office for paperwork. When you come to the office you are told that there is nothing open and that the price you see on the website is wrong and lot rent is all most the same as the house payment would be or more. All so when I started to ask more questions I got hung up on by the office lady and when my husband went in to the office with the email saying that we was approved, they told him " your wife very rude". And yes, after it started smelling like a scam I got more bunt and wanted answers that they never gave till the every end. The Better Business Bureau is the next step for me. Please do not fall for this.
