As a resident and employee of this great community, all I can say is that they receive me with open arms, its a respectable and quiet neighborhood fill with great and friendly neighbors.I enjoy the benefits of living here like for example the pool, the park and the club house. Managers are very helpful and comprehensive. The view of the green areas its always neat and clean.

I have lived here 3 1/2 years. The community is beautiful and the fountain is one of my favorite features. The community does a lot of activities and the staff works hard. The negative comments you may see are from a small group of people who are filled with drama. But the majority of people here love it and are happy to pay.

As a busy mom of three, I’m always looking for places where my kids can have fun, stay active, and be safe — and Hickory Hills checks every box for us! My kids absolutely love spending time here. The playgrounds, pool, and green spaces are always clean and beautifully maintained, which gives me so much peace of mind. There’s plenty for all ages to enjoy, and we never run out of things to do together as a family. The management and staff are truly amazing — they’re always friendly, helpful, and you can tell they take real pride in keeping the community looking its best. It makes such a difference knowing we’re spending time in a place that’s so well cared for. I can’t recommend Hickory Hills enough for families who want a safe, welcoming, and fun community atmosphere.

Awesome community! Very family oriented. There’s so many family friendly activities and events…the Memorial Day kickball game was amazing! Kids of all ages came out and had so much fun! The new management has done nothing but good things, including much needed updates and renovations. In the nearly 30 yrs that my family has been a part of it, this community has never looked this good!

Moved here a little over 5 years ago and LOVE it! New management has done so much to improve the park over the last 2 years and it keeps getting better. Pool, clubhouse, playground, stocked fishing pond, beautiful walking path, planned activities for all ages-what more could you want in a community?. This is our forever home.
