Mobile home parks can offer a unique path to homeownership, often at a lower cost than traditional stick-built homes, making them an attractive choice for many Iowans. Tower Terrace aims to provide a neighborhood environment where residents can establish roots. This article will delve into what's known about Tower Terrace, from its location and the type of housing it offers, to the realities of the application process as experienced by potential residents.

It is crucial to inquire about any current homes for sale, their pricing, and the full details of lot rent, utility responsibilities, and any associated fees, including application fees. Customer Reviews
Currents cheap it looks like a good neighborhood I just bought a mobile home there nice little one for 2000
Site manager made it seem like I have a high chance of approval. I have over a 700 credit score and make decent money. Got denied without them letting me know why and paid a $90 application fee that I cannot get back.
NIGHTMARE. I REPEAT. NOT WORTH MOVING TO. Amber Martin (Manager of the community) has been the rudest most unprofessional individual I have ever had to be in contact with. I’ve had nothing but issues since moving into the community. Today gave me a call stating she was going to have a vacancy letter put on my door after I expressed on the phone with her that my doors were not properly shutting and my dogs were able to get out. I expressed to her how I felt she was very rude. Accused me of talking to a potential resident about moving in. I simply stated to them (whom would be my neighbor) that I didn’t have any good interactions with amber. She has been nothing but rude to me via text, email, and by phone. I then received the very unprofessional phone call from her, and before hanging up on me said I would see the letter on my door. maintenance has been very helpful. The guys do everything they can to make things right. However, she has no right to treat me or anyone else the way she does. Something has to been done about this. Also wanting to deny ESA letters for my animals. That aren’t provided by them.
This place is currently working on updating the property!! They have literally so many new homes going in right now, they're parking them on the streets by the new and updated pads. It's gonna be a nice place to live here very soon! I recommend you get in and take a look for yourself.
This place is not working better under new management, if I could have given zero stars I would have. They may have put new street signs up, but a person in the park had there whole trailer screwed by a power problem with the park in there trailer and was never even contacted even when the power company notified them of the severity. A lot of the things in her home are permanently broken now and to this day nobody came to fix the other problems. It is a place that wants to have a nice look but once you live there, it is really not any better than before. They could care less for the residents honestly and are only frustrated when confronted with problems, and make no attempt to actually fix it. By the way, definitely don’t move there if you have kids, because they will never be able to have anything to play with. There is nothing for them here, and you are not allowed to put anything in your yard for them to do because they are worried about how it looks and not how satisfied there residents are.
