Marilyn who staffed this campground was amazing and went above and beyond to get us in last minute. We arrived late and she was so helpful getting us to our site. It was peaceful and the pond with that view was absolutely incredible. We hiked stone door trail and it was very convenient to get there. I would definitely recommend. Thank you Marilyn so much we had a great trip.

A very beautiful place! Well maintained tree house. Our family spent 3 nights and 4 days here. The bluff view with clouds forming made us feel like we were living on a cloud. Beautiful sunsets made the evenings picturesque. Friendly staff/family made the whole experience easy. A great place to rest and recharge.

This is a MUST STAY for anyone traveling through Altamont. Don't bother with KOA's... this place is quiet & beautiful... a sweet little piece of heaven tucked away in the Cumberland Plateau. The view is to die for! Fun neighbors, trail riding, fishing, BBQ's and waterfalls. What more do you need? The owners are fantastic people and are the truest definition of kind, caring and compassionate! I've been here for 3 months while we prepare our land only a mile away to begin building on it. I have no complaints! Love love LOVE this place! ❤ Let the pictures I posted speak for themselves ❤ BTW none of the pictures were color enhanced... this is the actual view from my RV every single day! 🥰

First.. the owner and the manager of this property are the sweetest people you will ever meet in your life. They go above and beyond to be more than helpful. The rates are really great compared to most of TN. The grounds are mostly stone with some grass areas between. There are picnic tables for each RV site. The site overlooks a small pond to reveal a stunning view of the mountains. The location is fairly remote with major shopping more than 35 minutes away. There is a Dollar General Market 8 minutes away. If you are looking for alot of night life or shopping or individual space this is not for you. If you are looking for quant and quiet with a beautiful view at a great price you have found it here.
